Capitol Records have confirmed that they have signed Foxy Shazam. The move is somewhat odd though considering that the band announced earlier this month that they had signed to the re-launched I.R.S. Records. It could of course be possible that Foxy Shazam will be a joint-venture for both labels. A new album is expected in January 2012.
